What Is V12?
V12 (short for Vet The Vote) is a decentralized blockchain network operated entirely by everyday American citizens. It is not owned by a corporation. It is not controlled by a government. It runs on a nationwide network of 42,000 Witness Nodes, each operated by a verified U.S. citizen who has chosen to stand up for the integrity of the democratic process.
Every vote cast on the V12 network is verified in three steps — citizenship, district, and ballot — by real, verified citizens. Every transaction is permanently recorded on a public blockchain that anyone can inspect. No single authority can alter, delete, or forge the record, because doing so would require simultaneously corrupting more than half of 42,000 independent nodes.
That is not a vulnerability. That is a mathematical guarantee.
How It Works
The V12 network is built on ANTELOPE Leap 5.0, a battle-tested blockchain runtime that has been processing millions of real transactions per day across major public networks since 2018. It handles over 4,000 transactions per second with sub-second finality — fast enough to process election-day traffic for an entire nation without breaking a sweat.
On top of ANTELOPE, V12 runs a full EVM-compatible layer, meaning it supports Ethereum smart contracts written in Vyper — a security-first language that governs how votes are submitted, validated, and recorded. Every rule of the system is written in open-source code that any developer in the world can read and verify.
For maximum security, V12 layers NIST-approved post-quantum cryptographic algorithms on all sensitive operations — including identity document encryption, ballot privacy, and citizen communications. V12 is built to remain secure even against the quantum computers of tomorrow.
And instead of charging 3% per transaction like the banks do, V12 charges a flat $0.16 per transaction, returning billions of dollars to American merchants and consumers.
